"Abhyasa (practice) is a dedicated, unswerving, constant, and vigilant search into a chosen subject pursued against all odds in the face of repeated failures, for indefinitely long periods of time."- B.K.S. Iyengar

If you are doing the sequence by your computer and don't have a timer, you can use this online stop watch www.online-stopwatch.com/eggtimer-countdown/
ReplyDeleteI paste the sequence into a word doc, do some translating, open itunes and the stop watch and it's like a little yoga class on screen!
Loving the very do-able time lengths, Meg. Big key to helping us do it every day.
Miss Carrie, Very cool link. Sounds like you have the set up all figured. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was first beginning to practice on the regular, I met a woman who said that it was of greater benefit to practice for a short time every day than to practice for a long time less frequently. Me, I am a fan of both. When I manage to do at least something everyday, I am much more ready to go for those days when I have a long time for practice.
Keep it up!
